As a Clinical Psychologist, I work with children (8+), adolescents, families and young adults to support their mental health needs and make sense of life’s challenges in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Jane Cope | Clinical Psychologist
I have a warm and collaborative therapeutic style aimed to empower clients toward their goals and support them to build meaningful change at their life stage.
I work with clients presenting with:
- Children and Teens
- Family therapy and parenting issues
- Anxiety and depression
- Body image concerns and self-esteem challenges
- Grief and loss
- Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
- Stress, including work-related stress and burnout
- School issues including bullying
- Social anxiety and agoraphobia
- Personality disorders
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and phobias
- Trauma (Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and Complex/Developmental trauma)
I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring my approach to respond to and meet clients’ individual needs.
My previous roles have included working across the community mental health setting with young people and their families as well as with adults, and I am passionate about the impacts of early intervention when support is needed most.
