I’m a people person drawn to psychology by a curiosity in understanding why people feel, think and act the way they do. Sometimes people need help to develop insight into themselves so they can live their best lives. I am a registered psychologist passionate about helping them get there.
I work with adolescents (aged 12+) as well as adults presenting with:

I take a flexible and holistic approach in my work that is informed by multiple evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
My personal style is shaped from a background in counselling and high-performance sport coaching. This lets me find the balance between a person-centred approach that empowers clients to be the expert of their own life while also teaching clear strategies tailored to help them achieve their goals.
I know that life is a journey filled with ups and downs. Because of this I bring a judgement free and supportive approach to my work. Every session with me is a collaborative one where I work with my clients to help them make the changes they want to in their life.
I was drawn to psychology through my fascination for how people think, feel, and perform. That curiosity grew into a professional passion for helping people better understand themselves and work toward meaningful change.
