Hannah Rayner | Clinical Psychologist
BSci (Psych), GDipPsych, MPsych (Clinical), MAPS
I am a Clinical Psychologist with a warm and sensitive therapeutic approach. In my work, I adopt a deep consideration of the specific needs and values of the individual. I aim to cultivate a safe and non-judgmental space that empowers personal growth and encourages curiosity in self-exploration.
I work with adolescents (13+) and adults, including those that require support for:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Eating disorders
- Body image concerns
- Relationship difficulties
- School issues/bullying
- Social anxiety and agoraphobia
- Communication and assertiveness
- Stress management and relaxation
- Work stress
- Adjustments and transitions
- Low self-esteem
- Perfectionism
I primarily draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) whilst integrating aspects of other modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I have experience across both the private and public sector, including in primary care settings, an outpatient eating disorder program and a community housing service for youth with mental health concerns.
