Gina is a psychologist working with children, teens and young adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges with warmth, empathy, and a collaborative approach. Known for her relatability and ability to connect with a wide range of people, Gina creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood and valued. She is skilled at building strong connections with young people, fostering trust and engagement, and tailoring her therapeutic approach to the unique needs of each client.

- School refusal and academic challenges
- ADHD support, including cognitive and academic assessments
- Learning difficulties
Gina has experience working in acute mental health settings with young people facing complex challenges, including eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, and school-related issues. She is passionate about empowering her clients to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and achieve meaningful change.
Drawing on a holistic perspective, Gina considers the many factors that impact a person’s well-being, including emotional, social, academic, and family dynamics. She uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practices, while also incorporating creative and practical strategies to support her clients. Gina is also trained in a wide range of assessments – including both cognitive and academic.
She is currently completing the Clinical Psychology Registrar program, which involves additional training after registration as a psychologist.
